Wooo! Seattle’s The Exquisites are releasing their new album Home on Asian Man Record’s and they’ve got the pre-order stream up. Caught The Exquisites in the heart of “these aren’t the venues you’re looking for” Vancouver this past summer and there’s something in the the soulful wail of frontman Jason Clackley that comes together with the variously distorted tones of the band that grabs my attention in a groove lock. Plus special appearances by horns! Rock needs more horns.
